Topics covered in this book are: foundations of electrochemistry, organic and biological electrochemistry, electroanalytical chemistry, and industrial electrochemistry.   Dr Fuchigami has published over technical papers, 54 review articles, and 44 book chapters. He has organized numerous symposia at Electrochemical Society (ECS) meetings and he currently serves as an officer of the ECS Organic&Biological Electrochemistry Division and the Author: Toshio Fuchigami.

    Electrochemistry is the branch of physical chemistry that studies the relationship between electricity, as a measurable and quantitative phenomenon, and identifiable chemical change, with either electricity considered an outcome of a particular chemical change or vice reactions involve electric charges moving between electrodes and an electrolyte (or ionic species in a solution).
